Let It Flow Plumbing – Terms and Conditions
1. Payment Instructions
1.1 Payment for services rendered by Let It Flow Plumbing
must be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the account specified
below.
1.2 Clients are required to use the invoice number as the
payment reference to ensure accurate processing and allocation of funds.
1.3 Payments must be made in full by the due date indicated
on the invoice to avoid any penalties or further action.
2. Collections and Payment Terms
2.1 Let It Flow Plumbing has engaged the services of
Accountability Solutions for the recovery of outstanding debts.
2.2 In the event that an invoice remains unpaid and is
handed over to Accountability Solutions for collection, the client shall be
held liable for all additional collection fees and any associated legal costs
incurred.
2.3 To avoid further charges or legal proceedings, clients
are urged to ensure timely payment in accordance with the terms specified on
the invoice.

1. Scope of Work
1.1 Let It Flow Plumbing provides a range of plumbing
services including, but not limited to, general plumbing repairs,
installations, servicing, replacements, upgrades, drain cleaning, and CCTV
camera inspections.
1.2 All work is quoted based on visible and known site
conditions. Should any unforeseen issues arise (e.g., concealed defects,
corrosion), a revised estimate will be provided.
1.3 The client acknowledges that drain cleaning involves the
use of specialized equipment, such as high-pressure jetting units and CCTV
drain cameras, operated according to industry safety standards.
2. Estimates and Variations
2.1 All quotations and estimates are non-binding until the
work is completed.
2.2 The final invoice will reflect the actual work performed
and materials used.
2.3 Any additional costs due to unforeseen site conditions
or client-requested changes will be discussed and billed accordingly.
3. Access and Utilities
3.1 The client agrees to provide Let It Flow Plumbing with
safe, unobstructed access to the work area and essential utilities (e.g.,
power, water).
3.2 Delays or access restrictions that impact the work may
result in additional charges.
4. Use of Machinery and Equipment Liability
4.1 Equipment such as jetting hoses and CCTV drain cameras
are operated safely and are not designed to damage existing systems.
4.2 Let It Flow Plumbing is not responsible for pre-existing
issues within the drainage system that may result in:
Equipment becoming stuck or damaged
Internal pipe failures, collapse, or breakages
4.3 If equipment becomes lodged due to system faults or
obstructions, the client will bear all associated costs, including extraction,
repair, excavation, or replacement.
5. Workmanship Guarantee and Product Warranties
5.1 Let It Flow Plumbing provides a one (1) year workmanship
guarantee on all services performed, subject to the following conditions:
No unauthorized alterations or modifications have been made
to the completed work.
Please note: Drain cleaning services are expressly excluded
from this workmanship guarantee. Due to the nature of these services, no
warranty or guarantee is provided for drain cleaning.
The system is used under normal conditions
5.2 Manufacturer warranties for supplied materials or
products will be passed on to the client and are subject to their specific
terms.
6. Liability and Site Conditions
6.1 Let It Flow Plumbing is not liable for:
Pre-existing faults, structural issues, or damages uncovered
during work
Any necessary access work (e.g., cutting through tiles,
walls, or floors)
6.2 The client is responsible for any cosmetic or structural
restoration post-repair unless explicitly included in the scope.
6.3 Let It Flow Plumbing is not liable for any property
damage, equipment loss, or costs resulting from:
Pre-existing system damage
Access limitations or breakages during service
Recovery of lodged equipment or continuation of service in
good faith
7. Payment Terms
7.1 A deposit may be required before work commences, especially
when significant materials are involved.
7.2 Final payment is due upon completion of the work unless
otherwise agreed in writing.
7.3 Payments must be made via Electronic Funds Transfer
(EFT), using the invoice number as the reference.
7.4 Let It Flow Plumbing partners with Accountability
Solutions for collections. Unpaid invoices may incur collection fees and legal
charges, for which the client is fully responsible.
8. Cancellations and Postponements
8.1 A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for
cancellations or rescheduling.
8.2 Failure to provide notice may result in a call-out fee
or cancellation charge.
9. Acceptance of Terms
9.1 By confirming a booking or accepting a quotation, the
client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
