Our COC Service Explained

The process of being issued a plumbing COC involves one of our qualified plumbers inspecting the relevant plumbing system. If the work was done by a us or another registered plumber, we conduct an inspection to ensure safety and compliance. If we are satisfied, we can issue you a valid certificate of compliance. Keep in mind that this COC should be issued within 5 days of completion of the plumbing work by a qualified plumber.

Solar Geyser Installation COC: This certification proves that a solar water heating system was safely and correctly installed, with approved components, compliant drainage, and proper mounting. You will need this for insurance purposes and property transfers.
Geyser Replacement COC: Issued after the upgrade of your electric geyser, this COC confirms that your new geyser was installed according to SANS standards and has compliant electrical and plumbing connections. You will need this when making geyser-related insurance claims.
Heat Pump COC: This COC verifies that a heat pump was safely and properly added to a hot water system, according to manufacturer guidelines, protecting you from insurance complications relating to leaks and performance issues.
